The song was orginally sang by Edwin McCain, released in February 1999. It was part of the OST of the movie "Message in a Bottle" starring Kevin Costner. Sara Evans made a revival of the song in 2001 which reached no. 2 on Billboards' Hot Country Songs Chart.
